| Smile is a story about some toys — a sort of toy story, if you will — about a happy-go-lucky wire-bendy man, a mean pirate wire-bendy man and a balloon. The story takes place in a child’s bedroom — second story, powder blue wallpaper, train set on the rug — you get the idea. The two main characters, whose movements were derived from motion capture, have been composited into live-action plates. |
